Project

Vivahard.

Recycled fashion furniture.

Some of the eco-friendly furniture items for daily use, which I designed for Vivaluz’s catalogue.Crafted from rigid panels produced by Vivaluz using repurposed fashion waste. For this project, I worked on product conceptualisation and development, resulting in ready-to-manufacture design concepts.

One of the key features that sets this product apart is its holistic design approach, which not only minimises waste but also promotes sustainability. The entire product is crafted from a single plaque, eliminating the need for cutouts and minimising waste. Additionally, the structure is designed to be self-contained, requiring no external parts or supports to function properly. This innovative design eliminates the need for glues or additives, making it not only more recyclable but also more repairable and disassemblable. The absence of these materials facilitates easy maintenance and upgrading, reducing electronic waste and supporting a circular economy.
