Collection 2024
Saint-Exupery.
DS Automotive's 2024 collection is inspired by the pioneering spirit of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, a humanist, adventurer, writer, and pilot. The collection combines aviation and artistic creativity, reflecting Saint-Exupéry's love of flight, genius and pioneering spirit.
The interior features luxurious nappa leather with a warm, earthy tone reminiscent of pilots' jackets and helmets. The dashboard embroidery represents vapor trails, while the car's body colour, "Night Flight," evokes a dawn sky with deep purples and greys.
The "Speedform" logo, inspired by Saint-Exupéry's P38 aircraft, features stars guiding pilots and automotive design elements with the use of dynamic lines. Notably, the Collection's CMF work was complemented by adapting Saint-Exupéry's original sketches for manufacturing tooling on sidemarkers and doorsills.
